WHAT TO DO BEFORE THE FAIR

  • REGISTER for the fair on the Jobs Connected platform. Purchase additional items as needed by September 8th:

    • Additional Attendees - Two people are included with Early Bird, Regular, Small Business, and Government/non-profit registration types. Sponsorships have varying attendee allowances depending on the sponsorship type. “Additional attendees” can be added at the time of registration and would include a box lunch.

    • Tablecloth (No tablecloth included with any registration type.)

    • Access to electricity (No electricity included with any registration type.)

  • IMPORTANT: Build your Company Booth on the Jobs Connected platform. This is your opportunity to ‘sell’ your company and internships/jobs to students prior to, during, and after the fair.

  • Shipping materials to the event. Materials must arrive within 7 days prior to the event (between 9/22 - 9/28 only), no earlier. If materials arrive earlier, storage charges may apply.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Employer-branded tablecloths. A non-branded tablecloth will not be provided unless requested and paid for during registration. A tablecloth can be rented at registration for an additional fee of $30 and must be purchased before September 8th.

  • Signage:

    • All signage, giveaways, and props must fit on or behind your 6’ wide banquet table and inside the boundaries of your booth (Approximately 6’ wide x 5’ deep)

    • Small retractable, stand-alone signage is permitted. No large signs or displays will be allowed if they do not fit in the booth.

    • Small signage on top of your table or to hang on the front of your table (note: there are no walls for hanging banners or signs)

  • Handouts about your organization are encouraged (including company literature, job/internship openings information, and application instructions)

  • Business cards and contact information

  • Company-supplied nametag if you have one

  • File folders, notebooks, pens, etc. as needed to collect student resumes

  • Hand sanitizer

  • Comfortable shoes

  • Telephones and computers (Most booths don’t have access to an electrical outlet. Access to electricity can be added to your registration for an additional fee of $25 and must be purchased by September 8th.)

  • Personal dollies, if you have one, to help expedite the unloading and loading process

BOOTH INFORMATION

  • One 6 ft. table and two chairs will be provided. Booth size is approximately 6’ wide x 5’ deep.

  • Tablecloths are available for an additional $30. Request and payment must be purchased by September 8th.

  • Access to electricity is not included but can be requested for an additional fee of $25. Request and payment must be purchased by September 8th.

  • A charging station will be available at the event

  • Free Wifi is available. No password is needed.
