 Shipping/Receiving and Return Shipping

 Shipping to the Venue

·         Packages must arrive between 1-7 days prior to the event (from 9/22/23 and 9/28/23). If they arrive at the venue prior to 7 days (9/22/23) before the event, they will be subject to storage fees for which the employer will be responsible.

·         Empower Field has the right to deny any packages that arrive damaged or look suspect

·         Empower Field is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages

·         All packages must be addressed as follows:

 After Event Return Shipping Procedures

·         UPS, FedEx, and USPS have regular weekly pick-ups but not daily. It is recommended to schedule a pick-up.

·         Be prepared with your pre-printed shipping label, boxes, tape, and any other supplies needed to ship

·         If your package needs to be shipped out quickly, or if you are not using UPS, FedEx, and USPS, please schedule a pick-up

·         After the event, bring your shipment down to the North Loading Dock (where you entered) and drop it off at the designated location based on your shipping method.
